BASIKA ENAIT

We are honored to introduce our first “Pearl of Brilliance” Basika Enait, one of our valuable and seasoned founding members. She has been a guiding light since the inception of our chapter in 2017. Her involvement and input in all of the areas of Brilliance are greatly appreciated. An accomplished and educated person with a BA in Economics and a Masters in English from GC University, she began her career in commercial banking soon after moving to America. Basika’s impressive list of employments where she held management positions for almost 18 years includes The Bank of New York, United Jersey Bank, and Capital One. Moreover, she enhanced her expertise by taking multiple courses and training programs to develop and augment analytical and technical skills, strategic business planning, excellence in service, strong leadership management, consultative selling, and coaching skills. Juggling a demanding career with family life, she and her husband raised their two accomplished sons with careers in engineering and finance. Following her motto “There is no existence better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up”, Basika was active since her college years in community service through the various charities sponsored by her father A. Karim Malik (Punjab Law Minister, President Pakistan Bar Council, President Supreme Court). In America, she has extensively volunteered in coaching new immigrants and gathered support and resources for community members suffering financial, physical, or psychological hardship. Her list of community service runs long and includes the Board of Education, Bergen Regional Hospital, Dar ul Salah etcetera. We stand proud behind our star of Brilliance Consulting.
