She has worked as a Finance and Executive Director with 30 years of experience in finance and
operations of marketing and home healthcare services. She is an adept manager skilled in
successfully recruiting, hiring, and training caregivers, maintaining a 70% employee retention rate.
Proven record in managing home healthcare businesses, increase revenue by a significant
percentage.
Nasima has a passion for helping the underprivileged and making a difference in people lives.
She has served on the Boards of many organizations and has a vast knowledge of setting up non-
profit agencies. She is a recipient of many awards for “Above and Beyond Recognitions” in different
positions that she has worked.
She held the position of Vice President and Information Secretary for Pakistan Association of
America from 2008 – 2012. In this role she worked with people from all walks of life to grow the
organization.
Nasima is also one of the founding members of Hassan Foundation (Non-profit charitable
organization) 2016-Present. This organization provides water sources to the underprivileged.
She has also served as Board of Director – APIA (Asian Pacific Islander Association) 2011 which
guided new immigrants to settle and start a meaningful life in the US.
