The Brilliance Foundation has been trying to highlight the hidden heroes of our society and promote the accredited as an example of success and empowerment for other women and youth. Also, providing opportunities and awareness of generational equality for women, boys, and girls. The foundation chose the frontline fighters battling Covid-19 and women in different professional backgrounds as a model for our young generation and women struggling during Covid-19. Women were introduced at social media platforms to encourage other women and reduce the stress & anxiety that so many are going through. This allowed women to give back to the community by volunteering during these critical times. The program was named the Pearls of Brilliance. Future events are currently being planned to highlight these “hidden heroes” as Pearl of Brilliance of our communities.

The foundation is currently seeking recommendations for brave women who are interested in sharing their experiences with overcoming struggles by empowering other women and youth
