The Brilliance Foundation was created in response to the demand of the community’s mental, emotional, social, professional, and financial struggles. It originally started with the idea a life coach had to provide emotional and moral support to motivate women and youth. With the help of professional volunteers who wanted to give back to the community, Brilliance Consulting created a volunteer chapter in 2015 to provide opportunities to women and youth, in-person and group settings to learn skills and strategies to grow. Starting with a simple idea the volunteer chapter became a foundation to support the International Sustainable Goals for a better future. The foundation built four categories to cater the needs of the community where they are working under different platforms. These four categories are: personal development of women, health & wellness camps, literacy chapter/Brilliance Academy, and youth groups. To reach our objectives and enhance the United Nations goals, the network of professionals have come together to support those in need by creating programs, mentorships, free counseling, and coaching to women and youth who struggle. Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, anxiety and stress has been exasperated, creating a serious pandemic in our society. Together, with a team of trained professionals, role models, and dedicated community members, Brilliance Foundation has developed programs to support the needs of those struggling. Programs such as the Brilliance Health and Wellness Camps youth mentorship programs focus on supporting youths’ mental, physical, emotional, and social health. The Brilliance Literacy Chapter brings together women and youth to study the uplifting messages that literature written by famous writers and writers of the community convey. In addition to those programs, there is a need to recognize those that have faced struggles and used strategies and skills to overcome challenges-those “hidden” heroes are used as mentors to women and youth. As a way to “drive” the direction of Brilliance Foundation outreach programs, regular surveys will be conducted to determine the needs of the community.
The team at Brilliance Foundation holds live and in-person events to encourage, support, and bring together our dedicated professionals, women and youth to provide opportunities for networking. Ongoing efforts are made to network for financial support and opportunities to grow our efforts in the community. The foundation has a full calendar of large and small-scaled programs, virtually and in-person, to cater the needs of the communities in 2021. To meet the needs of those affected by Covid-19 and host the planned programs under Brilliance Foundation, we need generous monetary donations from individuals, organizations, and institutions to support our programs for a better future for all.

Through a worldwide network, programs, and services, we are harnessing the power of friendship as a catalyst for greater understanding, shared learning, and sustainable action.
