BRILLIANCE HEALTH + WELLNESS CAMP

Members from the Brilliance Foundation have volunteered in helping men and women improve their mental health by reducing their stress and anxiety by providing virtual and in-person individual and group counseling and coaching.  During the Covid-19 pandemic, we realize the healing effects of nature by being outdoors. Many of our activities from July through October, brought together certified trainers and members of our program, to lead outdoor activities such as walks in local parks.  After the workouts, coaches supported members by providing strategies to use when feeling stressed.  The foundation is reopening  health and wellness camps in  spring and summer camps of  2021.  The foundation will have professionals for physical and mental stress relief programs and exercises.  Also, the foundation is eager to start a recycling program to support the United Nations initiative to Combat Climate Change and its impact.  We are looking for volunteers and financial support to meet our goals of our upcoming year’s summer camps.
