Since the 5th grade, I’ve always wanted to be a teacher.  My undergrad was in Psychology and Elementary Education, but later received my Masters in Education Technology.  I currently teach 5th grade English Language Arts in an underprivileged district in Northern New Jersey.  My passions include empowering students by helping them discover their love for learning, teach strategies for reading, writing, and study skills.

As a mother to two teenagers, I strive to help children who struggle emotionally and mentally, by working with organizations that support mental health for our youth.
