The small dream of a young Life coach was to Help someone struggling alone and end up becoming a passion over time. Eventually, the desire to help others grew to become a volunteer chapter…And finally, a Foundation A Lighthouse to spread Brillance to make a difference.
We unite diverse women and youth through impactful virtual and in-person events, creating safe spaces for dialogue, learning, and collaboration. Together, we strive for a peaceful and empowered world by fostering leadership, promoting equality, and inspiring positive change within our communities. Through mentorship programs, skill-building workshops, and advocacy initiatives, we aim to break barriers, amplify voices, and nurture the potential of every individual we serve.
